Seen the growing need for bat monitoring around wind parcs, ENGIE Laborelec developed a product which enables an automatic data retrieval from the EcoObs GSM Batcorder 1.0.

Integration

For tower or met mast installations the EcoObs box extension can perfectly be used to house both the GSM Batcorder and the data connection solution. The data connection solution from ENGIE Laborelec only requires:

  • 1 SIM card
  • 230 V AC power supply

For nacelle-based installations the GSM batcorder (except the microphone) and the data connection solution are housed in one casing.
